More Than Business: A Story of Resilience & Let's Prioritize Self-Care Together

With International Self-Care Day occurring July 24th,
it’s the perfect time to remind ourselves that we all could use a little nudge to prioritize our well-being. Wouldn’t it be great to have a friendly pop-up
appearing on your screen now and then, asking, "How's your day going? Did you remember to take a break and stretch?"
How it started...

In May of 2024, during one of the weekly sales calls, we learned about what Bob was about to endure. Cancer was the word that hung in the air as everybody processed the news. This time, Bob was leaving Hitfar not to start a new business, but to fight what had abruptly entered his life and changed it forever.

Fast forward to June 2025, Bob stormed into Hitfar’s office at the end of another workday, bringing along his boiling energy, a big smile, and a zest for life. It was a joy to see him share his excitement about his accomplishments and future plans.

And then there was the book. Bob wrote a book—a story of his life that, once read, makes you ask yourself a simple yet profound question: why do we have little to no appreciation for what we have until it's gone? Specifically, our physical, mental, and emotional health?

Bob Cain, the founder of Eco-Train, is now inviting all Hitfar's business partners to join the movement
and mark July 24th, International Self-Care Day, with a simple message:
Let’s Take Care of Ourselves. 24/7.

Our support for Bob's vital mission in normalizing self-care is unequivocal.
This isn't just a mission; it's a fundamental truth that resonates across the workplace, home, and society:
Healthy people are the foundation of a healthy planet and a healthy business.
